Our Founder
Service Quality Hub was founded by Stephen Fanijte, a hospitality professional with over 13 years of frontline experience, starting his career at just 14 years old as a
cook. Working both in the back and front of the house roles, Stephen learned early that
true hospitality is emotional.
“Guests aren’t upset with you, they’re upset with the situation. Our job is to turn that moment around.”
This understanding became the foundation of the Service Quality Hub philosophy.
The Journey
While freelancing, Stephan noticed that businesses often asked him, “Do you have
more people who can work?” This continuous question sparked the idea and instead of
coming alone, he began bringing along friends that also work in the industry and
eventually started building teams. And slowly but surely Stephan created a community
of highly skilled professionals committed to delivering exceptional service.
Today, that simple idea has become a premium staffing agency trusted by hotels,
